Pilates is a low impact, full body exercise method focusing on targeting the deep postural muscles. Pilates has many benefits including strengthening, stabilising and lengthening your muscles. It is designed to create a long and lean physique without adding bulk.

It is effective in improving mobility and co-ordination and rebalancing the body and bringing it to the correct alignment. It also emphasises mind-body connection.
